Personalized guide: your typed priorities are sent through an AI gateway to a third-party language model, which generates the response in real time. Responses are not reviewed by a person before you see them.
Monthly journal: articles are drafted and published automatically by an AI model on a schedule, with automated source checks but without individual human review before publication.
Imagery: site photographs are AI-generated photorealistic representations.
AI tools may also have assisted in drafting and editing other site text.
Limits
AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated or misleading, and can state errors confidently. Do not rely on AI-generated material for consequential decisions such as purchases, school enrollment, construction or finances. Verify with official sources and licensed professionals.
Your submissions
Text entered in the personalized guide is sent to the AI provider for processing. We do not store it in our database, but we cannot verify the provider's retention or training practices beyond its published terms. Do not enter sensitive personal information.
