Counter-notice (17 U.S.C. §512(g))
If material you provided was removed, you may send: your signature; identification of the removed material and its former location; a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief it was removed by mistake or misidentification; your name, address and phone; and consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate federal court and to accept service from the complainant.
Misrepresentation
Under 17 U.S.C. §512(f), anyone who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or was removed by mistake, may be liable for damages.
Privacy, image and property-information requests
If content identifies you, depicts your property, or contains inaccurate property or community information, email the page address, the specific content and the reason. This site does not publish individual property listings; please tell us if something appears to identify a specific home.
Factual corrections
Send the page address, the statement you believe is wrong, and a primary source supporting the correction.
